Workforce Drug & Alcohol Screening Survey
Introduction:
The Flying Medicine Cabinetis a mobile medical service, which specialises in workforce drug and alcohol screening. It responds to a trend for improved health and safety in the workplace especially in safety sensitive industries.
We are running a confidential survey to better understand workplace health and safety needs.
While we recognise this is an imposition in terms of your time, we are willing to offer a free pre employment medical with alcohol and drug screen at our weekly Wednesday afternoon clinic (valued at $225.00) in exchange for a completed survey. For 5 minutes of your time we offer 1 hour of ours.
